What to Knit with Bamboo Yarn from Kitty Grrlz?

I saw this on the Etsy blog today and I want to knit something with this amazing bamboo yarn.

What would you knit with this yarn? The first thing that comes to mind is one of my old favorite patterns - claptois. Any other ideas for what to make with this yarn?
